Â鶹ŮÀÉ University is home to over 800 full- and part-time faculty and over 400 staff members that work together to provide 130 degree programs to students from every state and over 70 countries. Â鶹ŮÀÉ is known worldwide for innovation, entrepreneurship, and extraordinary dedication to students.
The Human Resources Division's purpose is to support the University's efforts in providing a quality education and experience for all Â鶹ŮÀÉ students. In addition to accruing vacation and sick time, full-time faculty and staff receive the following paid time off:
- Nine paid holidays per calendar year, to include approximately 16 additional paid days off:
- New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Juneteenth; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Break (Wed.-Fri.); and Winter Break (12/23-12/31)
- One additional day of paid time off per year to participate in Â鶹ŮÀÉ’s community service organization, LindenGiving!
- Â鶹ŮÀÉ matches up to 5% of employee's salary on the 403(b) pre-tax option of the plan (waiting period stipulations apply).
